He was predeceased by: his wife Katie Osborne; and his uncle Scott Abbott. He is survived by: his mother Teresa Freeman; his brothers, Lance Green (Brandy), Brian Osborne (Amber McManus), Joe Osborne and Eddie Osborne; his grandparents, Joyce and Roger Freeman; his daughter Chloe Havins; his stepson Hunter Morris; his nephews, Alex Osborne and Kyler Osborne; and his aunts, Karla Jordan, Holli Thacker and Missy Johnson. He is also survived by numerous cousins, other relatives and friends.
