He is survived by: his wife Belinda Hartley; his children, William "Bill", Shelia Hartley, Kathleen Hoopman, Jeff, Tacie Hartley, Wendy, Bob Jones, Millie Flores, Tonya and Steve Bruton; his siblings, Shirley Miller, Bonnie Sawdey, Iris Hartley, Jennifer Gaskey, LeRoy Hartley, Phillip Hartley and Joe Heck; and also Dianne L. Hartley.
