He is survived by: his wife Debbie Castonguay; his children, Jeff Castonguay (Priscilla) of Palmetto, FL, Jennifer Gerk (Jordan) of McKinney, TX and Michael Castonguay (Jennifer Dawn); his siblings, Frank Castonguay, Sheila Supernor and Susan Lee; his grandchildren, Jael Castonguay, Cameron Dahlem, Hailey Dahlem, Jenna Castonguay, JJ Castonguay, Kylie Castonguay, Laynie Castonguay and Logan Gerk; and his close friend Deloris Samuel.
