He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Smith and Callie Smith (Sanders); his wife Eva Nell Smith; and his son Raymond Dale Smith. He is survived by: his sons, Larry Smith of Durant, OK, Bill Smith of Broken Bow, OK, Jerry Don Smith (Carol) of Broken Bow, OK and Carl Smith (Sherri) of Texarkana; his sister Bonnie Shepherd of Bakersfield, CA; and his grandchildren, Jennifer, Kari, Eric, Emily, Nadily, Riley, Megan and Sarah. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; a host of relatives and friends.
