He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mildred Phillips Young and A. Keys. He is survived by: his parents, Paul Ray Keys (Kerrie) and Melissa Young Keys Phillips (Doug); his daughter Kayci Kelly (Ryan); his grandchildren, Kaidence Kelly and Kamdyn Kelly; his sister Krissa Perry (Kevin); his aunt Anna Beth Allen (Rodger); and his nephew Keaton Perry (Mary). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bates-Cooper-Sloan Chapel (2805 S Jefferson Ave, Mt Pleasant, TX 75455).
