She was predeceased by: her parents, Idis Ramsey Sr. and Alberta Ramsey (Bizzell); her husband Melvin Wilson; her daughter Pamela Abrams; and her son-in-law Dale Dunigan.
She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Riggles and Doll; her children, Earlene Dunigan, Virgie Cooper (Alonzo), Georgia Wilson, Lisa Richards (Artis), Elonda Whitmore (Stephen), Melvin Wilson Jr. (Cathy), Darren Wilson and Terry Wilson; her stepsister Willie Mae Sealls; and her son-in-law Jeffrey Abrams. She is also survived by twenty-three grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
