With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Noel Lynn Cathey of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, born in Jonesboro, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 26, 2024 at the age of 75. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Noel and Lora Elizabeth Cathey (Armstrong); his wife Connie Dean Cathey (Youngblood); and his brother James Ray Cathey. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Cathey-Hoffman (Cole) of Mechanicsburg, PA and Brandon Cathey of Wright City, OK; his sisters, Carmen Rhyne and Loretta Wilson (Tommy) of Broken Bow, OK; his grandchildren, Ty Cathey of Broken Bow, Morgan Garner (Hunter) of Texarkana, TX and Landon Cathey of Broken Bow; his great grandchildren, Case and Wesley Garner of Texarkana, TX.; his friend Jerry Bunch; and his close friend Tommie Newman.
