She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Barrick and Shirley Barrick; her grandparents, Mamie and Alex Barrick; her parents-in-law, Maxine Eeds and Jackie Blackwell; her grandmother-in-law George Eeds; and her aunt Bobbie.
She is survived by: her husband Max; her children, Kanyon Blackwell, Leslie of Valliant and Kain Blackwell of Millerton, Oklahoma; her siblings, Martin Barrick (Crystal) of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Randy Barrick of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, David Barrick of Broken Bow, Oklahoma and Shannon Barrick of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; and her grandsons, Asher Jace Blackwell and Westin Case "Monkey" Blackwell. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
