He is survived by: his sisters, Deborah Perigo (Milton), Sherri Meyer, Terri Karami (Ray) and Christina Pollard (Tim); his grandchildren, Darrien George and Savina George; his friend Steve Combs; and his caregivers, Natalie and Shaylee.
