She is survived by: her husband Ricky Packard of Broken Bow; her daughters, Christine Billy, Shana Stephens and Julie Stephens; her stepson Randy Packard of Oklahoma City, OK; her grandchildren, Joe, Shawn, Sabrina, Kimberly, Angenia, Francis, Porshla, Nikki, Sam and Kayla; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Noah, Samantha and Skyler; and her close friend Mary Jane Billy. She is also survived by many other friends and relatives.
