Vanderpool and Alta Orene Vanderpool (Alford); her children, DeRuse E Cooper, III (Gene) and Cynthia Shawn Hutchings; her brother James Perry "Jimmy" Vanderpool; her sister-in-law Sue Vanderpool; and her great grandchildren, Cooper Bradley Collins and Case Charles Bray.
She is survived by: her husband DeRuse Cooper, Jr.; her daughter Candace Collins (Mitch Martin); her siblings, Dr. Tom Vanderpool (Susan) of Tulsa, OK and Cynthia Vanderpool of Tulsa, OK; her siblings-in-law, Dr. Ben Cooper of Cache, OK, Helen, Bill Nygard of Okmulgee, OK and Margaret Newendorp of Tulsa, OK; her grandchildren, Hunter Hutchings, Haley, Kelby Dean, Caylee Collins, Canon and Cheyenne Collins; and her great grandchildren, Carson, Chloee, Caitlee Collins, Emyree Bridges, Delaney and Decker Dean.
