He is survived by: his children, LaJohnda L. Petty, Tooki Tonihka and Pheodosia Perry; his grandchildren, William Leon, Teddy Ray, Cora, Heath, Latesha, Billy Ray, Jr., Christal, Robin, Ronnie, Jill, Herbie, Jr., Michael and Paul; and his siblings, Donny Kay Jones and W. R. Petty (Linda). He is also survived by three nieces; 5 nephews; many extended family and friends.
