He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Mills and Evelyn Mills; his son John Wesley; his granddaughter Savannah Flaminio; his siblings, Denver Mills, Cheryl Mills and Linda Farmer; his nephew Jamie Farmer; and his niece Cheri Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Tina Tucker (Ken), Michael Dwayne Mills (Mary) and Bradley Mills (Mari); and his grandchildren, Chris Mills, Logan Mills, Wesley Mills, Leo Mills and Hollyann Flaminio. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; six brothers; and two sisters.
Per the request of the family, masks and social distancing will be required at the service.
