He was predeceased by: his siblings, Delos G. Mays and Dana Leonard. He is survived by: his wife Terry LaDonia Mays; his children, Patricia Crawford, Jamie, LaDonna, Tom Bosturick, Misty White, Tracy White and John Peek; his siblings, Jerry Mays and Donna Clouse; and also, Cindy Mays, Wayne Clouse, Judy Hill and Buford Hill. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
