She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hershel Howard and Evelyn Howard (Johnson); and her siblings, Jimmy Andrew Howard, Jerry Haskell Howard and Joy Sue Howard.
She is survived by: her husband Don W. Cox; her daughters, Christina Warren (Brandon) of Idabel and Carrie Luttrell of Idabel; her granddaughters, Allison and Lily Warren of Idabel; her brother William Dean Cox of Mt. Herman; her sister-in-law Kathy Griffis of Dalby Springs, TX; her mother-in-law Virginia Pedrola of Idabel; and her siblings, Jeniva Davis, Jean Howard, Jewell Howard and Sam Howard. She is also survived by her husband and children, and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family has requested donations be made to the American Cancer Society for Breast Cancer Research.
