She was predeceased by: her parents, George Maxwell and Onita Maxwell; and her brothers, Stephen Maxwell and Alvin Bost. She is survived by: her husband Robert Phelps; her daughter Tonya Cooke (Steven) of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Hagen Smith of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, Lexie Smith of Broken Bow, Oklahoma and Cameron Cooke of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; and her siblings, Ann Driver of Talihina, Oklahoma, Richard Rose of Texarkana and Gene Rose of Talihina.
