She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Arten and Nora Bond White; her husband Johnny Lee Wade; and her sisters, Janet Gonzales, Joyce Gonzales, Jeraldine Tims and Betty Bond.
She is survived by: her children, Greg (Liz White), Tracey (Crystal White), Billy (Misty Harwood), Tim (Jessica Harwood), Corey (Starla Salinas) and Melissa Harwood of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; and her sister Louise Taylor of Dallas, Texas. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
