He is survived by: his wife Renisa Underwood; his children, Jarrett Underwood, Tonya of Broken Bow, OK, Jamie Underwood, Mandy of Broken Bow, OK, Shantel Gilbert, Brandon of Eagletown, OK, Kody Ann Underwood of Broken Bow, OK, Will Underwood of Broken Bow, OK and Kaitlyn Underwood of Broken Bow, OK; his grandchildren, Sarah Underwood, Joseph Underwood, Jillian Underwood, James Michael Underwood, Caydence Grice, Kinsley Caldwell, Kashlyn Gilbert and Lillian Kate Caldwell; and his nephews, Josh Underwood and Jake Underwood of Arlington, TX.
