He is survived by: his wife Sheila of Broken Bow; his daughters, Sharla Hutchings (Mike) of Broken Bow and Cheryl Worley of Hot Springs, AR; his sister Gladys Sparkman (Donald Bunn) of Broken Bow; his grandchildren, Blaze Horton, Ashley Thomas (Joshua), Heath Horton, Bryson Horton, Jake Martin, Hunter Hutchings and Haley Hutchings; his great grandchildren, Liam and Greyson Thomas; his mother-in-law Ruth McCoy of Broken Bow; his brother-in-law Tyson McCoy (Cathy) of Sanford, NC; his nieces, Heather Wicker and Carol Everett; his nephew Kip McCoy of Sanford, NC; his great-nephew Bo Everett; and his great-niece LaDonna Everett.
