He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Martin and Hazel Martin; his son Michael Shane Martin; his brother Jeromy Martin; and his parent-in-law Babe Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Martin of Mount Herman, Oklahoma; his daughters, Kristi (Adrian Routh) and Shelby (Weylin Routh); his grandchildren, Shilo Martin, Kaiden (Morgan Routh), Kyler (Brittany Routh), Kaleb (Raina Routh) and Allison Routh; his great grandchildren, Lilly, Lacey, Luke, London Routh and Tucker Routh; his siblings, Perry (Deana Martin), Terry (Sondra Martin), Sharon Martin of Pickens, Vicky Martin of Stewart, Shylia (William Tischer) and Shannon (Loyd Hardaway); and his pet Boomer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
