He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellisman Noah and Rena Mae Noah (Thomas); and his siblings, Hampton, Marvin, Johnson, Paul Noah, Ruth Alice Lewis, Rebecca Hattie Nahwooksy and Ramona Noah.
He is survived by: his children, William Masquas, Jr., Shawn Noah (Kimberly) of Tulsa, Kyle Noah of Durant, Brian Noah of Ada, Leslie Noah-Grover (Brett) of Tulsa, Kelly Franklin, Dusty Hayes of Cushing, Martha Taylor (Hobie, Sr.) of Antlers and Stephanie DeSandre of Texas. He is also survived by grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; multiple nieces and nephews; and many special friends.
