He was predeceased by: his parents, James Richard and Vera Colson (Hogan); his wife Bonnie Colson; and his sons-in-law, Troy Holland and Joe Bob Gray.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Gray of Glover, Kenneth Colson (Ranelda) of Holly Creek, Jerry Colson (Debbie) of Glover, Charlotte Colson of Glover and Carla Huddleston (Hud) of Durant; his brother Clark Colson of Portales, N. M.; his grandchildren, B. J. Boulton, Jeremy Boulton, Kendell Colson, Stacey, Dustin Colson (Courtney), Ashley Peters (Mike), Derek Colson (Tamara), Jacob Holland and Shaina Robison (Ben); his great grandchildren, Savanna, Kelley, Mason, Emily, Jessie, Ramie, Hollyn, Shoale, Karter, Renlee, Riggin, Ranger, Kanon, Kyle, Kennedi, Brianna, Braiden and Brielle; and his close friends, Gary, Jane Huffman, Larry and Linda Morris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
