He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Glenda Mitchell of Broken Bow, OK, Christie (Steve Bolt) of Broken Bow and Jon Mitchell (Kayla) of Broken Bow, OK; his grandchildren, Channing Clay (Jodi) of Broken Bow, OK, Chelsea Bolt of Broken Bow, OK, Courtney Bolt of Tulsa, OK and Kora Mitchell of Broken Bow, OK; and his great grandchildren, Evan Axton (Outlaw) and Kimber Joe Don Clay.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Lukfata Baptist Church.
