He is survived by: his children, Laura Thompson of Broken Bow, OK and David V Reid of Broken Bow, OK; his grandchildren, Cody Moore, Brenda Longnecker, Suzanne Roeder, Thomas Smith, Richard Ballinger, Michelle Ballinger, Crystal Eade and Melissa Deen; and his great grandchildren, Adia Reid, David Robinson, Kyle Heisig, Caleb Porter, Gevadon Eade, Alec Eade, Aislyn Eade, Siorus Eade, Kai Ballinger, Eric Longnecker, Alex Longnecker, Esther Roeder, Evan Roeder, Tylor Dodds and Winter White. He is also survived by 5 great-great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
