We are sad to announce that on February 28, 2019, at the age of 40, Chadwick Crenshaw (Broken Bow, Oklahoma), born in Hugo, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Rebecca; his aunt Rada Faye Crenshaw; his half-brother Tony Watson; his uncle Timmie Lewis; his aunt Nancy Gaskey; and his grandparents, Ruthel Hankins, Troy and Irene Crenshaw.
He is survived by: his father Anthony McDonald of Valliant; his children, Zachery Lee Colley (Jade) of Broken Bow, Jim "Gauge" Crenshaw of Broken Bow, Chadwick Lee Crenshaw, Jr (C. J.) of Broken Bow, Maliyah Renee Crenshaw of Texas and Sassy Lynn Patience Caldwell; his grandson Clayton; his sister Alona Crenshaw; his brother-in-law Kenny Stuart; his nieces and nephews, Kenleigh, Kayleigh and Kenneth "Trey"; his child Trish Bean; his friends, Donna Cheyne and Debbie Caudle; and his aunts and uncles, Ellen Pickings (Lee), Cindy Hankins, Kathy Lewis, Teresa Hankins, Nathan McDonald (Sherry), Richard Hankins, Shawn Hankins (Kristy) and Michael Hankins (Emily).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made towards his funeral expense at Brumley Funeral Home, Broken Bow.
