She is survived by: her daughters, Christie Rhoades of Denton and Kimberly Eden of Little Elm, Texas; her boyfriend Tim Eden of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; her siblings, Jackie Elkins (Angela Elkins) of San Antonio, Texas, Lori (Johnny Pechacek) and Donna Couzynse of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Bryce Rhoades of Denton, Texas and Cali Rhoades of Denton, Texas; and her nephews, Ryan Pechacek of Fort Worth and Eric Wilson of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
