He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jacob Jr. and Mable Jacob (Tisho); and his brother Teddy Jacob. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Baker; his sons, Casey Lane Baker (Ann) of Broken Bow and Jake Jacob of Broken Bow; his sisters, Norma Jones of Broken Bow and Liz Scroggins of Hugo; and his grandchildren, Paityn, Sage Baker and Shacodah Baker. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
