He was predeceased by: his father Jesse Scott; his children, Hollie Dawn Scott and Heavenly Rachelle Scott; and his close friend Roy Van Slyke. He is survived by: his mother Nellie Bradford Follis; his wife Amanda; his children, Kaleb Scott and Ashley Scott of Broken Bow, Oklahoma; his siblings, Ryan Follis and Heather Roskowske; his half-brothers, David Harbour of Broken Bow and Clarence Scott of Minnesota; and his aunt Pam James.
