It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Simms II of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on April 13, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Simms (Mertz) and William Raymond Simms; and his brothers, Michael "Mickey" Simms and Charles "Chuck" Glassner. He is survived by: his wife Lynne Simms; his sons, Jason Simms (Stacy) of Moore and Billy Simms of Moore, Oklahoma; his stepchildren, Becky Dillingham of Sand Springs, Oklahoma and Brian Pohl of California; his grandson Preston Simms; his stepgrandchildren, Krista Florence (John) and Kyle Dillingham (Heather); and his stepgreat-granddaughters, Penelope Florence and Gwendolyn Dillingham. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
