He was predeceased by: his parents, William Woodrow Parsons and Harriet Madrene Parsons (Hill); his daughter Kelly Parsons; and his siblings, Robert Parsons and Sharon O'Dell.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Parsons; his children, Thomas Cinocca (Misty) and Kristen Parsons (Randy Cox); his grandchildren, Destyne Cinocca, Alec Cinocca, Chase Cox, Christopher Cox, Cassidy Cox and Carlee Cox; and his great grandchild Judy Cox. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
