He was predeceased by: his wife Saundra Epps (Acton); and his sister Jeanne Saulsberry. He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Rhoads (Steve), Billie Chance (Brad) and Tammy Peck (Townes); his grandchildren, Andy Chance, Laura, Caleb Rhoads, T. J. Peck, Rayven, Sean Chance, Calli Rhoads and Madysn Peck; and his great grandchildren, Caden Chance, Ainsley Chance, Rylee Rhoads and Spencer Peck.
