He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Clyde and Lucy Eleanor Cloud (Frazier); and his brother Curtis Cloud, Sr.. He is survived by: his sisters, Carolynn Sue King of Broken Arrow and Ruth Wiggs (John) of Jenks, Oklahoma; his sister-in-law Donna Cloud; and his caregiver Cecilia Grimes of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
