It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willetta Neher in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, who passed away on January 5, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Halliburton and Mayme Halliburton (Blacksher); her husband Harvey Neher; and her sisters, Thelma Stambaugh, Naomi Chandler, Marcella Smith, DeEtt Meadors and Elsie Keyes.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Bean (Charlie Bean) of Broken Arrow and Leland Neher of Ashland; her grandchildren, Jana Bean, Stock Neher and Max Neher; and her sisters, Estia Arnold, Ruth Carter (Walton), Lenora Ferguson, Marian Alean Manasco, Mary Ann Coats (Kenneth) and Katherine Ripka. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
