He is survived by: his father Charles Phillips (Barbara Phillips); his son Rodney Phillips (Jennifer Phillips); his granddaughter Nevaeh Mitchell; and his siblings, Kenneth Phillips (Mary Kay Phillips), Sharon Hoffman, Scott Phillips (Becky Phillips) and Allen Phillips (Barbara Phillips). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
