We are sad to announce that on August 6, 2023, at the age of 93, Virginia May Soerries of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, born in Owensville, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Ruffner and Laurette Ruffner (Demper); her husband Alfred Soerries; her brother Kenneth; her sister-in-law Bernice Ruffner; and her brother Donald Ruffner.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Soerries of Okmulgee, OK, Steven Soerries (Gretchen) of Broken Arrow, OK and Michael Soerries of Tulsa, OK.; her grandchildren, Sabrina McClure (Jack) of Broken Arrow, OK, Sean McCall (Joslany) and Katie Gibbs (Justin Colley) of Tulsa, OK.; her great grandchildren, Alyssa Gibbs, Isabella McClure, Scout McClure, Jaxon McClure, Blanca McCall and Bella McCall; and her siblings-in-law, Lois Ruffner of Owensville, MO, Mary Ann Soerries of Joplin, MO, Matt Soerries (Marjorie) of Broken Arrow, OK and Cecil Soerries (Janie) of Oklahoma City, OK. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
