She is survived by: her former spouse Lee Fultz; her children, Luther, Philip, Janice Fultz (Mounds), Phil, Mary Fultz (Indiana) and Norma Jones (Mannford); her grandchildren, Philip Fultz, Logan Jones, Boomer Jones, Moxie Fultz Henry, Tamera Lewis Anderson and Shellena Beals; her great grandchildren, Anthony Beals, Sam Jones, Erika Beals, Chad Beals, Miranda Lewis Norman and Tyler Anderson; her great great grandchildren, Bradley Beals, Dillion Beals, Lillian Beals and Marion Beals; and her sister Paulene Payne. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
