She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Roe and Laura Roe; and her brother Martin Abraham Roe, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Swank; her children, Donna Gail Swank, Cindy Moore (Rob) and Eric Swank (Donna); her grandchildren, Ashlee Moore, Doug Moore, Damon Swank (Emily), Nique Sharp (Blake), Kaitlyn Verity (Kyle), Peyton Clarke (Rachael) and Chandler Angelitti (Eli); and her sister Sharon Tate. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, a cause close to Verona's heart.
