She is survived by: her children, David Thomas (Tami) and Denisa Clark; her grandchildren, Eric Clark, James Thomas and Donna Thomas; her great grandchild Madelyan Lee Clark; and her sister Linda Thompson. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
