He is survived by: his mother Sabrina Lee Marche of Catoosa, Oklahoma; his wife Kathryn Michelson of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his daughter Rebecca Turner (Christopher) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his stepdaughters, Christine Young (James) of Broken Arrow and Jennifer Walton (Mark) of Junction City, Kansas; his brothers, Michael Michelson of Oklahoma and Rodney Weaver of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania; and his grandchildren, Kimberly and Bradley Turner. He is also survived by 10 other grandchildren; and many friends and extended family.
