He is survived by: his wife Nancy Fultner of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his children, Christy Miller (Russell) of Park Hill and Craig Fultner of Corinth, Texas; his grandsons, Jason Greiner (Lauren) of Wylie, Chance Fultner (Ashley) of Oshkosh and Seth Keller (Jackie) of Cushing, Oklahoma; and his child LoveToTheRescue.
