He is survived by: his wife Patty; his son Jeff; his daughter-in-law Becky; his daughter Stacy; his son-in-law Scott; and his grandchildren, Landon, Preston and Holden. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made in Tom's honor to St Jude Children's Hospital or the Wounded Warrior Project.
