He is survived by: his wife Charolet; his children, Donna Lambeth of Broken Arrow, Alexandra Hart, Cody Hart and Zachary Hart; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Doyle, Matthew of Tulsa, Matt Upky, Ashley of Alabama, Michael Lambeth, Noah Lambeth, Shea Lambeth, Tyler Lambeth, Sarah Lambeth and Alyssa Lambeth of Broken Arrow; and his great grandchildren, Shelby McManus, Talon Upky and Brooklyn Upky.
