She is survived by: her children, Phillip Tate (Brenda) of Jenks, OK and Karla Nelson of Sand Springs, OK; her grandchildren, Shallie Callan, Jacob Nelson and Teagan Tate; her great grandchild Blakelynn Manners; and her sister Janie Hurley (Kenneth) of Collinsville, OK. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and longtime family friends.
