She is survived by: her sons, Douglas Dale and Jeffrey Boyd (Douglas Leo) of Broken Arrow, OK.; her grandchildren, Rachel, Jesse and Jacob; her sisters, Saundra Looney of Nixa, Cindy Cornog of Ozark, Rose Marie Fredrick (Don) of Kissimmee and Melody Stout (Ron) of West Plains; and her nieces and nephews, Robin, Scott, Allen, Lori, Marty, Erin, Christy, Caren, Michelle, LeAnn and Emily.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to Rivercross Hospice, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
