Sebastian Santana-Reyes Obituary
Sebastian "Chubbs" Reyes was 17 years old when he was called home. Sebastian loved music, he played the ukulele and the guitar, but most of all loved singing. He loved animals and housed: rabbits, dogs, cats, rats, birds, and a ball python called Charlie. He had a soft spot for the ones who needed a little extra help. He was our resident doctor, always bandaging skinned knees and elbows. He was a caregiver, who rocked his baby brothers to sleep more often than he didn't, who had no less than 4 dogs asleep in his bed at any given moment and was a shoulder for anyone who needed it. He was a goofy toddler, who drove his mom crazy with the amount of times he cut his hair off. At the age of 12, he found himself and came out to his family as Transgender. His family supported him fully. He is a handsome boy, who shines in every way. He was an artist, who used his creativeness in every way possible. He is a son, grandson, brother, nephew, and friend to many people.
Sebastian is survived by his parents, Loni Santana (42) and Manuel Santana (41); his grandparents, Rod Lacie (75) and Carolyn Lacie (75); his sister, Sofia O'Connor (21); his brothers, Asher Havens (20), Jesus Reyes (16), Junior Santana (5), Moises Santana (2); his Tia, Djuna Desir (29); friends Lindsey (16), Nina (15), as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He is proceeded in death by his grandmother, Donna Lacie; his great-grandparents Albert and LoyBelle Lacie, along with many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Sebastian will always and forever be our baby.
