She is survived by: her father Daniel Creel; her husband Mark McCullough; her sons, Brody and Trevor Sawyer of Tulsa, OK; her stepchildren, Jessica (Jeremy O'Dell) of Sapulpa, OK and Gary McCullough of Jenks, OK; her grandchildren, Riley McCullough O'Dell, Colton O'Dell and Michael King; her sister Shelly; her brother-in-law Brett Reynolds of Tulsa, OK; her sister Beth; her brother-in-law Darren King of Inola, OK; her brother Brian Creel of Tulsa, OK; her nephews, Taylor Reynolds and Elijah Creel; and her niece Abigail King.
