She was predeceased by: her parents, Opal Gertrude (Wright) and Robert Bruce Bean III; her husband Harry Edgar Fay; and her sister Doris. She is survived by: her daughters, Ginger Swenson of Broken Arrow and Kristina Stephens of Corpus Christi, Texas; and her sisters, Carolyn Morris of Morris, Oklahoma, Louise and Glenna. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
