He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Herschel Farley and Abbie Elizabeth Farley (Fickett); his wife Janie; and his brother Charles Farley. He is survived by: his sons, Dr. Scott Farley (Kelley) and Darren Farley; his granddaughters, Abbey and Emma Farley; his brothers-in-law, Mike and DeWayne Walker; and his niece-in-law Diane.
