He was predeceased by: his parents, Elza Leroy Douglas (Pete) and Maxine Verda Douglas (Humphrey); his son Robert Clinton Douglas; and his stepson Matt Matlock. He is survived by: his wife Terry Douglas; his daughter Alyssa Beitz (Dusty); his siblings, Sandra Massey (Lee), Bill Douglas (Phyllis) and David Douglas (Ruthie); and his stepdaughters, Kristina Anderson and Brittany O'Neal. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 4 nieces and nephews, and 7 grand nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Clarehouse in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
