It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Kay Chambers of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, born in Anderson, Indiana, who passed away on August 28, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Anthony Holladay and Mary Ellen Holladay (Bryce); her son Greggory Aaron Chambers; and her siblings, Gary Holladay, Donna Frazier and Norma Horton.

She is survived by: her husband Dennis Chambers; her sons, Shane Chambers (Michelle), Bryce Chambers and Jason Chambers (Tracy); her grandchildren, Dylan Chambers, Alyssa Chambers, Nevah Chambers, Cody Chambers and Ella Chambers; and her brother Anthony J. Holladay. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
